I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I had the opportunity to listen to Scott M***'s message dated 10/21/Scott's statements were inaccurate and contained inconsistenciesAt no time did we use the words ""excellent" or "superb"As a matter of record, neither my husband or I were at home to comment on the landscaping when Scott and his crew completed the jobWhen I spoke with Scott on 8/22/to ask him to assess the water problem in our basement, I told him we were very happy with the landscaping job, but the reason for the call was to ask his opinion as an excavator, what we could do about solving the water pouring into the basement after the landscaping was completed. As I have stated to both Scott and the Revdex.com, we had no issues with the quality of the landscaping or are asking for a refund; only an explanation from Scott as to why he did not follow up regarding the water problemIn Scott's original rebuttal, he indicated he would attach the Mason's report for our reviewWe have never received this report. Scott's unprofessional and accusatory manner with my husband on the phone caused my husband to overreact and use foul languageIt is apparent that Scott is not going to return my call to give an explanation for no follow up on 8/22/or why the Mason's report was never sentI feel his behavior is inappropriate for a professional rated A+ with the Revdex.comI do not consider this case to be closed and would appreciate if my comments are posted on your website

I personally just called Mr.*** and he would not let me talk and began using foul language so I hung upI had left him a message telling him the mason could bandaid fix the problem but that was not the answerThe ***'s stated that they have had water problems before but the problem is
they wanted stone instead of mulch and stone is a natural drainage We were not informed of any of their water problems till after the job was doneThe mason will write up what he saw and why and we will attach to this complaint
