Failure to Order additional parts after Original work was finishedOn 4/11/2013 I had a tune-up performed on my vehicle. It was this day, [redacted], informed me he would order 2 sets of Starr Jack Pot 777 inserts for my 22" rims, that he had damaged on a previous visit (4/9/2013) at this same garage. He told me it would take 2 weeks to get the inserts in. I have called [redacted] multiple times and he kept telling me the inserts have not yet arrived. I called him 2 weeks ago, and again he informed me the inserts have not yet arrived. I have called him multiple times this week, and now he will not respond to any of my messages. Therefore, I feel I have no choice but to report his misconduct and customer dissatisfaction. Desired SettlementI feel [redacted] should replace my inserts that he damaged on 4/9/2013. It has been over a month, and now I cannot get a response from him.Business' Initial Response I am writing to this letter in reference regarding Mr. [redacted] Case [redacted]Mr [redacted] was a client of our business for many years. Overtime we developed a relationship and in some incidents he would call me personally to aid him in his inconviences such as blown tire swaps in this one particular case he had called us and asked if we can go to his residence of GBV and swap tire and bring his car to our store to fix his car. After bringing Mr [redacted]s car to our business and fixing his car he was in the urge to leave without consent of our employees letting him know it was ready to leave so upon his departure his rim inserts had fell off. I am sorry for any inconviences that may have caused but when ordering his inserts they were discontinued and I tried explaining to him that I cannot get them and he accused us for doing wrong when we were here going the extra mile to help from the start.

The tinting work done on my car windows was done poorly and the [redacted] knew it, the [redacted] has been giving us the run around for weeks now. On November 14, 2013 my [redacted] had all the windows tinted on my car. After the [redacted] tinted them, he put the drivers side window down so he could back out of the bay. This caused the tint paper to come up. Over time as I have used the window, the tinting is coming off more and more. We have tried on numerous occasions in person and by telephone to discuss this matter with the [redacted]. He has either not returned calls, has said the window is not that bad, told us he could not get ahold of the tinting guy, told us to wait until after the holidays, and has hung up on my [redacted]. We feel that the [redacted] should be doing what he can to guarantee his work, and to fix the mistake of his [redacted]. Desired SettlementWe would like a refund for the tinting, [redacted]
