Dear Ms***,
In response to your letter of May 11, 2015, concerning a Subaru Legacy, purchased on March 9, This car was inspected just befoe she purchaseed itShe bought this car "as is, no warranty", as stated on the bill of sale.We noticed, before she left, the
bumper connection to the body needed repairedWe agreed to do this repairShe showed up a week later, March 16, 2015, complaining of "this" and a power window problem with the drivers side door and an exhaust leakShe was to leave it at our business so we could look at it, while she was on vacationShe never showed up.This is the first we have heard from her, again, until now.She returned this car to my business on 5/30/15, and traded even up for a Chevrolet Cavalier. She stated that she could not turn off the Subaru because it would take over an hour to restartAfter she left with her new car, we parked the Subaru and shut it offWe restarted this car immediately with no problemThe following morning we tried to start the Subaru, and it started right up and ran fineA week later we started it up and, again, it started right up and ran fine.We believe there are some statements entered in this case and should take everything she says with a grain of salt.Sincerely,
