Company responded by phone 5/13/15-nkm Mr. [redacted] states that the consumer has not made a payment on the car since the car was purchased in December of 2014. He states that there was an issue with the two sensors on the car and he repaired both sensors. He states that he had not heard...
from the consumer after the repairs were made. He states that he recieved a call from a guy that works at a towing company about 3 weeks later advising him that he was repairing one of his cars. Mr. [redacted] states that after the call from the other company, the consumer came into the shop and advised him that there was a problem with the car and she wanted her money back and walked out. Mr. [redacted] states that since he had not heard anything from the consumer, he put the order out to repossess the car.
