I am rejecting this response because: the company never conducted an outbound phone call to check the status of the application and I did request for the credit inquiries to be reversed on my last callPlease pull the last call detailing our interaction and all interactions to resolve this issue. I did authorize credit to be ran with intentions of conducting this business but no such interaction or follow up was made on the business's partI can produce the phone records showing the outbound calls if need beAnthony's assistant is the gentleman I last spoke with and left messages with asking for a call back.I will not pay for a credit check for an issue that never should of happenedI could not supply an additional email address as my work email is regulated by FINRA and all outside communication or attachments must be monitored and approved

Hello, This is a response to your formal Revdex.com complaint.  First, allow me to apologize for troubling you.  We received your verbal request for credit and application via phone conversation, as you indicated in your complaint.  You were properly informed and disclosed from the...

credit agencies.  Your application was processed, and sent to you via email, 3 days from application.  I contacted you directly to ask about your progress, you let me know the application never made it.  We verified the email address, and we resent the application.  E-Finance Mortgage, LLC was never asked to reverse a credit check.  As I previously asked, please give us a different email.  You have declined twice.  Apparently, there is a blocker on your email blocking the  E-Signing process.  It would have been easier to give us a different email.  We will send you a bill for the credit report to close your account.
