To Whom it May Concern,This letter is in response to the letter from [redacted] I do not know who [redacted] is however I do have a contract for a fence for [redacted] at the listed address of [redacted] who we have completed a fence for.The contract with this customer was signed the end of May and at that time we were 4-weeks out on fence installs and as I mentioned above her fence is completeThe fence was complete around the 9th of July I believeAs for her complaints, the first crew did go up and have some issues about where it was located atThis property is located on a mountain and the ground is hard as a rockSo the next day I did have to send another crew up there that was able to handle the terrain betterThe post where the gate was suppose to go was put in the wrong place at first and we did move it before any of the boards were up, so it did not cause any harm toanything.I understand that she was frustrated with the fence taking longer than she thought it would take, however as I mentioned where this fence is located at, is extremely hard groundWe seem to be the only fence company that will go up thereIn fact we typically charge more for jobs in this area, but the salesman that sold this job was new and did not know we had an upcharge, so she said $1,in the aspect as well we had jackhammer holes that should of cost her $each (we have a clause in our contract that states if a jackhammer has to be brought out there is an extra charge) we waived these charges as well. Please let me know if you have any further questionsThank you

Good Afternoon. This letter Is in regards to a complaint that was filed against us from [redacted],Approximately 3 years ago we did some work for them in their home which included a new floor The floor was from [redacted] and is a laminate hardwood style flooring, A couple months ago we received a...

call that there were some problems with the flooring. We went out and took a look and notice that the floor was buckling in some places and so we had a rep come out and they did a test and concluded it was moisture. It could be from several things as simple as cleaning it with too much water on the mop. Regardless of what it was, it was not covered under the warranty with [redacted],The gentleman who installed the floor is no longer with us because of health conditions but he did contact the [redacted] and said he would install the floor for no cost if it was because of him installing it wrong. When it came back it was because of moisture, he said okay well I did nothing wrong. The [redacted]'s son then said to make his parents happy, he would pay us to install the floor, if we could come to an agreement on a price, installing it at a discount. Our salesman went and purchased the flooring in good faith and then never heard anything else from the son. The [redacted]'s themselves even made a comment that they were worried that they had not heard from their son and that was unusual (he worked out of town on a regular basis). We were trying to help these customers out by going to install at a discounted price, but then when we kept trying to contact the son and never heard back things starting going bad and actually since the first complaint filed against us, the son has threatened our salesman with verbal and physical threats over the phone. That is kind of the long and short of everything. I am also faxing over the report from [redacted] that explains the issues with the floor and why they did not cover it and why it may have come up. Thank you for your time.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: We have been trying to get this settled for 3 years There is a lot of untruth in their responds. We have had 2 different installers tell us the cause was due to improper installation. They finally advised us they would take care of it on June 22, 2015 and at that time we moved all the furniture from the rooms in to 2 other rooms and have been unable to use portions the 4 rooms waiting on them. [redacted] has been working trying to help us and are very disgusted over the whole deal. The person they had to lay the floor does not work for them any more and he was told they were not going to pay him. He told them he was not going to do the work for nothing. He called us and told us they wouldn't pay him so he wouldn't be here like they promised.  We have had 2 other installer check the moisture including [redacted] and the moisture was not a problem here. It is at the point that I don't want a non certified installer to do the work. I have went along with them trying to do what would be the least costly for them. But now I want it done and done right I don't want to have to go through with this again. If they can't get [redacted] to do it. If this can't be resolved  by the Revdex.com  I am going back to my attorney and they will pay for the installation and loss of our use of the rooms from June 22, 2015 until the floors are laid.  I was advised to wait and see the out come from the Revdex.com before contacting the attorney. This is what you get for trying to be nice and work with people. They said we were not very patient. I want to thank you for your time and what you did to help How ever I am very disappointed with the out come.
