After nearly a year, Spencer Billiards has failed to pay me the $400 they own me for selling my pool table on consignment.In November of 2013, I contacted Spencer Billiards to see if they would purchase my old pool table. They agreed to take it on consignment and scheduled a pick up date shortly after. They arrived at my house on November 11th to pack up and take my pool table and accessories. They gave me a Consignment contract/receipt for $400 before they left and said that they would send me a check in the mail shortly. Almost a year has past and after numerous phone calls and emails, I've received nothing but broken promises of forthcoming "payments" from the company. Now they have stop responding to my update requests altogether. I marked the check partial payment, and made sure with [redacted] bank that it wouldn't bounce. Attempts to receive remaining [redacted] have failed. Communicated via text and email.
