Hi [redacted],  I am truly sorry for causing you frustration with our company regarding your account.  We have been unable to reach you this week to discuss the details of the account with you.  Unfortunately, the credit balance that you were informed of is not accurate.  You had...

this credit on your account from services that were rendered Jan 2016 and the credit was issued back to you in Feb 2016, for which a check was sent to you and you deposited.  Therefore, your current account balance is 0.  Unfortunately, due to an error on our part the refund was not entered into our software at that time, which showed a false credit that our staff mistakenly notified you of recently. I would be more than happy to provide you with a ledger from our office along with a copy of the refund check that you deposited in Feb 2016.  I am very sorry for this clerical typo in our software and am available to discuss this with you further.  Please don't hesitate to contact me at 253-584-2250 to go over the above details.  Thank you.  Dr. Anna S[redacted]
