We are sorry to hear that the [redacted] did not work as anticipatedOur company does have a day return policy for all purchases made in store or online and we have confirmed that there is not a warranty provided by the manufacturerSince the purchase was made back in August the best we can offer is an exchange for the same product or something of equal value, $The guest can send us an email at [redacted] with the replacement item so that it can be shipped

Customer brought in her coach for repairsWhen Mrs*** arrived to get the coach, the original inverter issue had not been repairedTotal Value RV then
agreed to personally deliver the unit to their home after it was completed as a courtesy as we understood that her husband was sickTotal Value delivered the coach on June 29th and the customer reviewed the issue with the inverterOn June 30th, Mrs*** contacted our service departmentShe was upset that the unit still had a water leakThe service manager was on vacation, Jennifer *** was the acting service manager and took Mrs***'s callWithin seconds Mrs*** was screaming stating she was going to sue Total ValueAt that point Jennifer stressed that if there were going to be talks of lawyers the conversation needed to endJennifer explained that we did not have a technician that we could send down to her home, and that she was welcome to take her coach to another service center to have the water leak repairedJennifer explained that water leak was due to the fact that the customer did not winterize her coach and had caused her ice maker valve on her refrigerator to crackThe customer was never charged for the repair or the part the technician installedJennifer also told Mrs*** that there is a water shut off valve on the side of her refer, and that she could still use the coach for her vacationAt this point Mrs*** started screaming again (Mrs*** was on speaker phone, there were employees in the office) and stated when she gets done suing us our doors will be closedAt that point Jennifer stated have a nice day ma'am and hung up the phoneMrs*** then proceeded to call back and leave a very threatening voicemail on the Vice President's phone(which we have saved) Ivan contacted the customer on July 1stHe listened to her concerns and told her that even though she was never charged for the repair we would be willing to participate in having another dealer repair itThat was the last communication we have had with Mrs***

Most of this is a complete lie, but I would expect no less from this cne of he owners promised to send me an email stating that I could take the coach to an actual reputable co and have it repaired at total RVs expense, he never did

Co broke our fridge - they also took the twist pin that holds the freezer and fridge door shut while driving down the rd.we now have to duct tape door
Oh and the fridge that was never broken when we took it to them and then got back the coach and it sprayed water everywhereHad to have someone else fix it for $some odd dollars and send total value the billKeep in mind nothing wrong w the fridge - they broke it and then we go to leave on our trip and the pin to put in between the fridge and freezer door to keep the doors from flying open is gone - they took itSo notice the lovely duct tape on our $200,coach to hold the doors closedWhich doesn't surprise me because they took are $outside cord and "forgot to put it back in our coach" last year so we were w/out power on our camping trip till a camping world opened on Monday an hour from usWe had the spend $to get another cord so we could finish our tripI called total value and they were like - oh yea we have it forgot to put it back - you can come pick it up ( they are several hrs from us btw)Could have mailed to usWhen we went to pick it up told them they needed to reimburse us for the cord we had to buy ( they could have the cord btw) and they said nopeThese people are thieves, incompetent , rude , and actually a total joke at this pointYou use them for anything and God have mercy on you

Fixed and broken AGAIN!
Congrats to being the absolute worst repair rv place on the planetThat inverter you've fixed times just broke on our trip AGAIN! My husband -remember going thru chemo wanted a trip w his boys before going to surgery and you *** us out of our trip prior to starting his chemo because you didn't fix it properly, well you *** up this one while he was sick from chemoBecause it stopped working again leaving us w no air, no fridge, no powerI'm taking the coach to Camping World having them check every single thing you've ever touched on our coachAnd you'll be getting the billDo yourselves a favor and just go ahead and close your business it's literally shameful for you to stay openThis is unbelievable!!!!!!

On July 28th we received an email from Mrs*** that included an invoice from *** Property Management for the repair on the refrigeratorOn July 29th the check was mailed out and the Revdex.com closed this caseNow weeks later after *** Property Management worked on the refer, we are now being accused of taking her refer lockWhy was this not brought up in the original complaint? This was now only being brought to our attention after *** Property Management worked on itIn regards to her claim on the inverter, Mrs*** was shown months ago when we delivered her coach that the inverter was workingThe unit is not designed to run air conditioners off of the inverter, it requires shore or generator powerThe inverter was repaired under the manufacturers warranty at no charge to Mrs***If she plans on taking the unit to Camping World, Camping World will need to call and speak with Jennifer ***, and go over the diagnosisIf at that point in time it is determined it was an error on Total Value's install, then Total Value will pay Camping World directly to repair the inverter only upon receiptIf it is found to be a manufacturers defect, Camping World knows the proper procedures to contact the manufacture for a warranty issueAs a goodwill gesture we will mail Mrs*** a refer lock
