received in a letterfrom you dated June 2, 2015, which we received June 5, 2015.The former client made incorrect and unsubstantiated statements in her letter to you regarding theservices provided to her by SRCEach of these statements are addressed below in terms oftheirinaccuracies.Client stated SRC falsely advertised before she admitted to treatment: This statement by theclient is incorrectSRC never misrepresented the level of or quality of service the client wouldreceive while in treatment at SRC for chemical dependency issues.Client stated her insurance was defrauded: This statement by the client is incorrectClient'smother agreed to pay $11,representing the cost of the clients housing while in treatment inaddition to the cost of treatment which we ***ed to her insurance companyClient was told wedid not provide detoxWhen she arrived at the facility on 2/09115, it was determined she requireddetoxWe referred her to hospital to detox before admitting to our facilityWhen the clientreached the hospital her mother called the facility and told us the hospital would not accept theirinsurance and that it would cost $5,for her to be admitted to the hospital for detoxWetherefore agreed to allow the clients mother to use $5,of the $11,paid to us topay/reimburse the hospital for her detox and agreed to reduce the cost ofher housing from $11,000to $6,once she admitted to ~r facilit~We were concerned for Qte client and ag~e
