Telephone response obtained from the company as follows: The company stated that they received the letter from the consumer stating that no one has called her back. The company stated that they spoke with consumer throughout the winter. The company stated that their contract is very
specific regrading when plowing will occur and they cannot guarantee plowing be done by a certain time. The company stated the contract does state "when there are inches of snow on a customer's driveway it will be plowed by 8:am, if the snow accumulates early enough in the morning to permit the contractor to do soHowever if snowfall is late all drives cannot be plowed by 8:am but will be plowed that morning as soon as possiblePlease be patient"The company stated they did understand the consumer's frustration and they did offer to refund of the plows which totaled $75.00The company stated that the consumer did not want the partial refund

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. what resolution???
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Company rec’d letter from consumer stating that no one has called back (not sure what this means, I did not send them letter) –I did call many time over the winter and spring. Most of time no answer on their end, once in a while left message, but did not get call back. Was also told I’d get call back for update, never once received callback (ex: 4.28.17 was told would call 5.1.17, Monday with update, never received call). But since when should a consumer have to call every time the plow service should be there/or do a terrible job? I even had to shovel my way out of garage once when the plow piled the snow ~3 feet high in front of garage, again have the pics. When I called and they answered, then we would go over the problems (never got better service or refund).
Company stated they spoke w/ consumer throughout winter – again, yes I spoke to them several times, never said I didn’t. But they never got better (I had more work to do than if I would have done myself from beginning. Never have seen such bad snow plow service) or they never showed at all.
Contract states no specific time, will plow by 8 if 2.5 inches if early enough in a.m. – again, it states that but after snowing late nite/early morning they still did not show before 8. Again, was way after 8 IF they did happen to show, and the service was terrible. I had to do more work to clean up their plow job than if I would have done myself from the beginning. (Actually did do it myself a couple times so that I could get out and not have to do more later).
Company to offer $75 (according to them, 3 plows?) and understands frustration (then why didn’t they take care of the complaint with better service after the first time?) – I never said didn’t want partial refund (was told 5.3.17 they would send, but not sure how much or when as they were so busy, told them I would pursue at least ½ ($150) of what I paid since I did not once receive good service. 5.15.17 told they would send $75, not sure when, I said I’d wait one more week then contact Revdex.com. I waited quite a bit longer). Was told they were too busy (once into spring still too busy), so never took care of complaint. I really should get back the total year payment ($300), guess this is a lesson learned. After the first bad service, should have moved on (we did use last year too, and was bad, but not this bad). If they truly understood frustration, you’d think they’d care a bit more and want to give better service. I should not have to wait until middle of summer to resolve winter service, but guess they are just too busy to care about customer service.

Telephone response obtained from the company. The company agreed to issue a partial refund of $75.00.  The Revdex.com has received the refund check (copy attached) and it has been mailed to the consumer.
