Spencer Zollers Painting & Improvements

The work started out wonderful until he took 4 doors to paint. It took over a month for me to get them back after making appointments and not showing up. At first he would notify me about the cancellation, then there would be no contact. Finally, after I had to inform him that I would consider them stolen property, he returned today. He left them propped up outside the garage door and they look horrible. He also promised to fix any problems I have on the inside of the home (living room and kitchen I hired him to paint, too) when he returned the doors. Again, he dropped the doors off and left while I was at home waiting for him without coming to the door, so I was quite surprised to hear him leave. When I called to ask if he was returning, it went straight to voicemail. I'm in shock at this type of unprofessionalism. Now my doors need touched up, the inside of my home needs touched up, the trim he got paint on needs fixed, an entire wall he missed needs to be done. Also, he delivered the doors wet, so we got paint on the carpet when we brought them inside./////Desired SettlementI would just like to job to be completed as agreed. Fix the areas in the living room, kitchen and hallway walls that need touched up with the new paint. Paint the trim/window ledges white that the wall paint had gotten on and paint shelf in kitchen black from wall paint splatter marks. Fix the doors so that they have a smooth and completed look, get the paint off the glass, hang the doors back up, put the door handles back on, and touch up the white spots. **/////
