BEWARE! DON'T SHOP AT THE SCOTTSDALE SPENCER'S! When my washer broke I was in need of a new one immediatelyI have children and need to do laundryI went to Spencers and purchased a new washer and dryerI only purchased the units that I did because they told me they were in stockI needed next day delivery and that was what they promised meThe next day came around, they told me the washer was damaged, and the delivery needed to be the following weekThe following week came around and they only had a washer they could deliverI had to wait another week for the dryer and upon the delivery day I waited all dayNobody called or showed up for the deliveryI called Spencers times and finally somebody told me that again though dryer was damaged and they could not deliver itThis seems like a revolving excuseDon't let them trap you into thinking that you were going to get next day deliveryHome Depot and Lowe's price matchI suggest that you get a written quote from Spencers if they are cheaper and take it to Lowe's or Home DepotYour experience will be much better

different service centers have went out and the unit tests fine I also visited the home to inspect the dishes that were still "dirty" and they looked fine to me besides some water spots I advised the customer to used *** *** and explained the benefits that a water softener could
provide I brought her a day supply of soap with phosphates (helps fight hard water build up) at no cost to her.I also explained how the drying is different on this model than her previous The new model she bought does not have a heated dry option like her previous Frigidaire. Anyways, The manufacturer cant find anything wrong and labels their visits to her house as an "education call" and after I personally visited the house I agree with their assessment I advised the customer that she would have to deal with ** if she wanted to escalate the call any further and I provided her with a phone number for ** customer care escalations department.Very Respectfully,*** ***

Thank you for the letter from Ms***, case number ***. I will do my best to clear up as many things as possible that are brought up in her letter. First, as I read the letter I believe that Ms*** understands that we do not have a return policy at our store. This is not true and I believe that *** must have done a poor job of explaining that to her. In fact, we post our return policy in two locations in every store. I will not quote the whole thing but it basically says that if something is wrong with the product we will fix it or replace it. I f the product that the customer decided on is not what they thought it was and would like something different we will discount the product, because it has been used and apply the money to anything else in the store. Above and beyond that, because we know that refrigerators are louder than they were at one time, we post and I have included as an attachment what we post on many refrigerators in the store. We do this to alert people that there is a noise issue in today’s products. Ms*** says that she believes that we were dishonest and misrepresented the product. I am not sure how we could have represented the item any differently than I have described short of not letting her buy it. If Ms*** would still like to reselect and return the item with a discount we would be glad to help her with that option

A month ago I bought a refrigerator from Spencer's TV and Appliance in Gilbert, AZThey said it was in their storage facility and would be delivered within the weekI had to call in a week and they said the one in their storage was sold and I would have to wait till Dec to have it deliveredI was having a party and they absolutely promised it would be deliveredDec 2nd I call to make sure it is going to be delivered and they said the delivery people would call me in the morning to give me a delivery windowFinally I called them at 10:(Dec 3) to find out when they were planning to deliver and the salesman, Clifton, advised me they didn't have it after all and it would now be delivered December 22ndThey gave me the run around, lied to me (twice), and are unreliableMy advise to you is to go somewhere else to buy your products

Awful Awful Awful! My first clue should have been when they asked for a deposit because they would sell out of the one I wanted before I got there! I found a washer and dryer online and submitted a quote requestThey called with a quote and said they had a set but when I got there it was a bait and switchI needed a specific size to fit in my laundry room and they didn’t have the one I wanted but they had a different brandIf they had said they did not have the one I requested I would not have gone thereI ended up buying a different brand because of the size but later that same day I regretted itSo I called first thing the next morning to cancelOf course they tried to talk me into coming in to cancel so I could see what else they hadI finally had my husband call and cancel it and then we called back later to verifyYou think that was the end of it? NO! On delivery day days later the delivery guy called to tell me what time they would deliverI said I cancelled that order and if you try to deliver I will refuse deliveryA few hours later I get a call from the salesmanThere seems to be some confusion he saysDo you want to cancel this order? It was the same guy I talked to days agoYES you mn I have only asked times now! If I see any charges on my account I will take you to court! This company needs to go out of business! I will shout from the mountains so no one ever shops there again!

Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for the opportunity to address Mr*** service on the dryer There was an ongoing service issue with the drying ability of the product in the home We made several attempts to service the appliance On one occasion we replaced the moisture
sensor and on another we replaced the grille assembly There has been no other service calls since this was done March of 2015. I left Mr*** * message this morning as a follow up If he has further concerns he can contact me at ***

In regards to case number ***,
I was the one who received this complaint back on 4-11-at which point I contacted ** and started working with him on a resolution After working with the manufacturer and speaking with the service center we decided to return the refrigerator and
select something different It took a few weeks for the process to complete unfortunately because the ***'s were traveling out of town and then once back in town they ended up in a car wreck We were finally able to meet in in person to select a new **del, and on May 1st we delivered their new unit I just called ** again today to check on him and everything is going well To be honest, I had never handled a Revdex.com response before this so I wasn't aware that I was supposed to send in paperwork to you explaining what we did for the customer I had taken care of him, but never shared that with you Lesson learned!Have a good day.Very Respectfully,*** ***
