Sperduto Masonry and Concrete

This company refuses to look at some concrete work done at my home a little over a year agoI have been attempting to contact them for months via phone, left voicemails, and emailsThey have ignored most of my attempts to communicateI have been told a: There is nothing the can dob: They're going to send someone over this week (different times) cThey can fix things at costThis is unacceptable as no one has even looked at the concrete sidewalkThe owner is very rude over the phone to me and has even called me a liar for no apparent reasonI am at my wits end to get help as he refuses to even look at the work done on my property

Sperduto is seen all around the neighborhood The work looked good but looks can be deceiving Our fault we didn't ask the people with the nice looking cement work There are issues we have, none of which have been resolved or plan on being resolvedThe most important issue, the garage door which will not fully close now because one side, about 3' wide, of the concrete is raised At night you can see light coming out from under the garage door Probably 3/4" by 3' isn't much but sure is enough for mice, cold, dirt, etc However, the worst part was how we were treated by John the father when we did not want to take his answer to the problem, "put foam along the bottom"He became VERY hostile, insulting and argumentative Now, we understand that it is a pain to come back and fix something like concrete but we paid thousands for the work doneThe other problems, like a big stain at the bottom of the side steps and a broken EP Henry block also have not been addressed by Sperduto or sonSo now we have discovered neighbors with problems from simple to complex He refuses to acknowledge a problem, does not return phone calls and is very, very arrogant Once the job is done and those trucks pull away Sperduto and son are through with you

They have ignored most of my attempts to communicate. I have been told a: There is nothing the can do. b: They're going to send someone over this week (3 different times) c.
