Review: I have a 2003 BMW wihch was dropped off to Spiaks Auto Body on May **, 2011. The owner [redacted] has still not repaired my vehicle completely. I live about 250 miles away and have driven down on 4 seperate occasions to check on the status of my vehicle. Every time I call, I never get an answer or a call back. The few times I actually talked to the owner, he insists he only needs a few more weeks because of medical issues keeping him from working on my car. We are at over two years now and I am worried I will never get my car back. This past week, I drove down again and picked up a trailer to bring my car home since its not driveable still and he refused to give me the car because I have not paid for the repairs in full even though he still isnt done and the car is in pieces in his garage. He was working on my car and said he would have it done Monday July **, 2013 but when I called Monday to verify, he said he needs until Wednesday July **, 2013. Today is Thursday July **th and he refuses to return my calls or answer his phone when I call.Desired Settlement: I would like my vehicle back in full working condition as guaranteed in agreement. I have no problem paying for the repairs as long as my vehicle is done
