We tried diligently working with her to erradicate her pest issue, she refused to be compliant with both Management’s requests for cleaning her unit as well as the Owner of the Pest Control Contract Company we use as far as directions for helping eliminate her pest issue after each treatment. I have provided email correspondance that went unanswered as well as the pictures from the Contractor and the official notes that the Contractor would leave after treating her unit We attempted every avenue to reach Ms***, she would not return my calls, I left voicemails as well. Due to her refusal to comply with cleaning instructions from both Management and Pest Control Contractor her unit then infested the unit connected to her. We feel she is fully responsible for her pest infestation as well as we will not be allowing her to forgo her responsibility to her legal and binding lease contract. Ms*** has vacated the unit before her lease has legally come to term and she will be responsible for the heavy clean charges as well as her lease termination fee and relet fee and any and all damages to her unit Thank you for giving Spice Creek Apartments the opportunity to amend the situation. Regards, I have been vey cooperative wirh management I believe I am the one who called office on problem with pest I am the one who called on a constant basis I got one or maybe two calls from office .my brother who sat in my living room while at least ten roaches crawled down the walls he called office and complained for me when I told him manager would not work with me which they will deni like everything on there letter manager stated they did not need me too be home when pest control would go out I received one email which I was told by manager it was just to confrim what we had just spoken about on cleaning dead roaches once pest control would go out which of course was done it was a month or less when I called again to advise of roaches and told them they were every where it didn't seem like the pest control worked which her response again stated you have to clean all dead roaches this is only thing manager ever said tired and frustrated after 6Months of this all she could say it takes time And pest control has to go out 3months in a row to complete completely kill roaches I told her if pest control had to come that often why hadn't anyone came out she stated they were waiting for me!what I have called answered there calls they never left any voice mails last spoke to manager advise its been a year I never placed my dishes in cabinets my son didn't even want to go home he asked to stay in hotels I told her I was tired and would move out if not taken care of she knows we spoke over phone I raised my voice she would not let me speak she stated again as I mentioned in first letter she just wanted me to be happy and feel comfortable in the apartment again I told her I was not all she said well spray again.I decided to leave when I took my lunch bag to work and sat with my friends when a roach crawled out of my bag I was petrified and to say the least embarrassed Yes I broke lease I have every right to I have rights which manager did not comply with I did not have the chance to completely move out I did not get a noticed at all on how much time I had to move I went back to get my sons brand new bike and my box of clothes and shoes which were thrown out and bike missing they threw all my belongings man who was painting stated some one from manitance took bike!i had written a letter told them I threw my toster my microwave and blender due to infested with roaches asked them to pay me back which she said she never received she told me not one of the other workers told her anything as far as any charges they owe me my daughter's family even friends will testify to the infestation I had to indure the yr and half living at spice creek I would like to send the pictures I took from after they claim pest control had already gone out.manager was also called for water leak that I supposedly had after a water bill I called four times no one ever came out when asked manager again no one told me anything thats when I told her that was not my problem I believe they are angry iam telling the truth and took my sons new bike and now turning everything on me Iam happy in my new home roach free after getting rid of half my appliances I feel like spice creek manager should pay me and not report this to my credit as I did comply with everything I was told to doThank You I sent this letter as well as first not sure last letter went out .Thank You again
