Our mail services require a person to be signed up either by request through the mail, on the phone, or using our website. We do not solicit our products, all catalogs must be requested. We have however removed this information from our mailing list.

The customer does not have an account with us that has a recent address. The customer has not provided us a...

customer id that is included on the mailer, so that we could investigate this issue further.

Review: I have been receiving adult themed mailers in the mail for years. This issues goes back to 2013. I have moved to several address in different states and SpiceTV continues to locate my mailing information and sending these very inappropriate and explicit advertisements to me. I have contacted the company MULTIPLE times to have this issue resolved, but I continue to receive these. I am in the process of becoming a licensed foster care home, and these mailers could have a detrimental impact to my licensing and the children placed with me.Desired Settlement: If I receive any more advertisements in the mail after this complaint is addressed, I will pursue legal action.
