it. [redacted] called and notified Spicertown of the error and Spicertown corrected the charge and refunded $90.00 to [redacted] on 10/15/15 check #2224.
When tenants vacate our properties we always send in a cleaning crew to be sure all units have the same level of cleaning and are move in ready. We charge $40 an hour per employee to clean the property as it says in the tenants lease, see attachment. We sent two employees to the [redacted] location. They cleaned the property for 3 hours each, totaling 6 hours. 6x$40.00=$240.00. Even though the mother came in and cleaned we are still going to send in our cleaning crew to be sure the house will look appropiate for the incoming tenants.
