The owner, ***, sold me broken speakers and microphone that I later noticed had all of the serial numbers removed.
He admitted his fault and has since avoided all my messages and calls.
Well thanks for your input ***. I've been in the sound and lighting business for over 30 years and your claims are absolutely false. I have messages from you clearly indicating that you needed your money back after you used the speakers for over two weeks. The taping and markings you are referring on my equipment are marked amd labelled for my staff since we just moved to a brand new location and my staff would know where to put the inventory.

I tried to work this out with you *** but you were stuck on as you put it "destroying" my company.
I will let my over 30 years in business and over 10,000 events answer that.

Frank... we BOTH know that I picked up the speakers on September 13th and I messaged you on the 16th to tell you that they don't work. Your response was; "You aren't getting your money back. I will have to charge you for 3 weeks rent."
Don't forget that we communicated through text so we BOTH have every message saved.
Just do the honourable thing and return my money for your damaged goods.
Let me get this straight... you've been buying and selling equipment for 30 years, and yet you had no means to even test the speakers when we met at your facility, where you gave me your word that I wouldn't have any problems.
I actually did assume that you taped the gear to "mark it," as I do the same thing. But what surprised me was that ALL of the serial numbers on both speakers AND on the microphone were removed.

Hello Christopher again. I tried getting a hold of you numerous times but never got any response. When I finally did get a hold of you, you stated that you need wifi access to access your Text messaging and that you don't get out of bed until 2 pm. See I start my day at 5 am and like I said I tried getting a hold you numerous times.
With that being said, on October 15th, 2018 you picked up another new subwoofer to replace the broken one you are stating was broken/blown. I haven't heard back from you so I'm assuming everything is fine. ***
