Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]Went to shop today April [redacted] and asked to see the video like he proposed in his last feedback. He said he would show me the video if I would show him the letter and repair bill from repair shop.I had just happen to be passing his shop and stopped.I told him if he showed me video this would be over.Kept saying he wanted to see receipts then said the guy with video wasnt there. He is playing games.I told him the oil change cost me dollars. It was a rounding amount.Between paying him for an oil change then paying for a new pan and dipstick he broke(I wonder if he as that on video)and for more oil the bill was close to 650.He even said oil pan change is plus tax Then oil change is I got two and then the new dipstick I had to pay for.I never ask for restitution of 650.I am willing to pay for oil change. Also he posted before that the oil alone he put in my car was at a cost of dollarsLastly he posted that he offered to do the right thing and silicone my pan.Now his last post he said he offered to change my pan with no charge for labor. He never offered that and even if he did how is that doing the right thing.Cracking my pan then charging me for a new one.How do we resolve this dispute.Do you send someone out because obviously he is playing games.I am more then willing to show my documentation cracked pan which I still have and half of dip stick In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here I dont know where to start.I never told the *** that they do all my repairsAnd what does me getting a cracked oil pan changed in *** not upstate years ago have to do with anything. Also I doubt Spiffy lube does transmissions When I went to pick up car his first response to me was that the last guy to change my oil probably broke the pan. When I told him it was him he went and blamed it on the transmission people. As far as the miles between changes he asked me when the last time the oil was changed.I said probably to thousand miles ago.I never told him every thousand miles. His oil change sticker was still on my windshield I was going to get rid of the car.My inspection sticker was that long expired because the car was sitting in my drive way for months. He called the transmission shop who said they saw no silicone on the pan when they were doing their repair.I have a letter from them saying so.He started screaming at the transmission mechanic then said to me are you going to believe me or the *** guy.I said the *** guy.The Spiffy lube *** told me he had car on video when it came into shop and it showed silicone all over pan I asked to see it.I never saw itWhy wouldnt the *** call me to alert me to the fact that the oil pan came in with silicone on it.As far as him staying late I pulled out of there at 430.I believe he closes at As far as putting dollars worth of oil in car he put two quarts per my instruction.I thought less to clean up.He never mentioned when I first took the car to leave it in shop over night. As far as him doing something to car I had to wait out side a bit to get the car the last time I was there .When I drove it to mechanic who closed at and dropped car off.*** *** did the repairs They called the next day and told me that who ever changed your oil over tightened the drain plug.(thats were it was cracked) and my dip stick was in half.Spiffy lube said that the transmission place cracked the pan when they were jacking up the car. Why didnt spiffy lube mention that to me or was that done when I was waiting for my car.I have cracked drain pan and dipstick.P.S the spiffy lube *** threatened to put a lean on my title.I guess cause I paid him cash and he was going to claim I didnt pay

Review: Went in for a oil change. My oil pan got cracked. They put silicone on it They said the car came in with silicone on pan. They blamed the oil pan crack on the last shop to do my oil.I agreed then told them they were the last shop to do my oil.The silicone was right at the drain plug . After the oil change they sent me home and I woke to a quart of oil on my driveway Went to another mechanic and was told that the drain plug was over tightened an thats what cracked the pan.Had to purchase new pan and purchase new oil change.Turned out to be a 650 dollar oil changeDesired Settlement: Would settle for half my repair and oil change
