Review: They had a untrained waitress handling a table of about 15 people. The waitress couldn't remember who ordered what when she brought us our bill. We told her what we had and gave her our debit card. The "manager" came to us and said she had accidentally ran our card for $550.00 and it would take a few days for the money to come back to our account and to let them know if we encounter any overdraft fees. I told them that I would not pay for our breakfast and they needed to contact their bank and make sure that I get my money back right away. Everyone at our table went to a cash machine because they didn't want to have the same problem running their cards. After about 45 min of the waitress trying to figure out everyone's tab that she continually got incorrect we finally left. I looked at our bank account today now that it is a Monday and see that in fact the $550.00 did NOT get deducted from our account but they had run our card for $46.91 (which I believe to be our breakfast) and then a completely different charge of $96.01. I did not authorize either charge and want to be refunded for both charges. It was a horrible experience, food and service.Desired Settlement: for them to refund me a total of $142.93 immediately.

Yes we did have a new server that day and she did mistype the amount on her credit card, of which I said would not be billed to her, which was, not by her complaint. There were 12 people at the table and all of them (not including her boyfriend) came to us and apologized for her behavior. This would include her brother who in his words said she is bipolar and nuts!!!

She was high on drugs and will never be allowed back in Spikes! The other 11 people can show up any time. It truly is to bad what drugs do to people in our town but she needs help!!!!
