I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI did, however, find a bad review on google advising others to not do business with usI think this is unfair as I have refrained from leaving bad reviews regarding their costumer service etcAgain, I would have been satisfied to have my product reprinted/replaced if it wasn't a seasonal item that I wanted in June and now received in September.

On this order, there was a discrepancy with the quality of trucker hats on the initial run, which was acknowledged by our company.  We advised the customer of our policy which is to repair or replace the items, and decided to produce a new run of hats which were offered to the customer as...

replacements, but they were refused by the customer.  She demanded a refund on the initial order of hats even after we had printed and offered the replacements to her.As a final solution, we decided it was best to ship out the replacement hats same-day to Mountain Yoga Sandy AND refund them for the full amount of the initial order. We do not advise doing B2B interactions with this company, however you may want to check out their yoga classes.
