To Whom It May ConcernWe at Spin Around Entertainment LLC are addressing the concerns and complaint from *** *** She claims that we did not offer her services, which me didUpon us doing her event we provided a bounce house, cotton candy, and funnel cakeThere was an issue with
there electricity and the breakers kept going offIn result, this made it impossible for us to keep the cotton candy and funnel cake goingThe moon bounce also went down because of the electricity issues that they were having.We agreed to give her back a refund even though it is totally against our policy and was not our fault due to their electricity issuesWe offer generator rentals to assure everything will work properlyThey did not use our generatorThey used their own house electricity, which resulted in equipment not working properlyWe are trying to get this issue resolved and have sent a refund check of $to the address which they provided which is *** *** *** Cheltenham Pa*** *** claims she did not receive it, we had to stop payment on the checkWe asked if she could come to our corporate office to pick it upAfter all this she has done nothing but try to make review’s and post’s on social media about our company but has not stated the fact that there electricity was not working properly*** *** had a friend or someone that she knows call into the office and tell our representative that the attendant, making the cotton candy and funnel cakeCould leave, which was very odd to us since her friend did not book the servicesEnd result is that we would like to give her a refund of $to make her happy like we would with any customer regardless of if it was our fault or not, but we will not mail out another check to the address that she provided because someone is not receiving the mail there and we have to pay to stop payments on the checkSo if *** *** can come to our corporate office to receive a refund that would be greatWe will even be welling to send to check to Revdex.com if that will resolve the issueSincerely,Brandon N(C.E.O)
