Hello Revdex.comI am extrimly sorry about the bad exprience a customer had at our storewe always try our best to provide the best customer experience but due to some reason we are not able to do soThis is one of the case were we dealingIn short the customers came for the very first time to our store which is a very great for businessWe feel extermly bad she did not have a great customer feeling.the reason for the feeling:We are a laundromat and we provide wash & fold service to our customers who are very busy with their livesWe expect the customer do certain things before they drop their cloths like check the pockets for money, lighter etcseparate the colors and whites and blacks Let us know how the cloths should be washed Do they have allergy on soap we use or they can give us their soap.when we got the cloths he did give us his soap as she told us his child has allergyWe did out best to check the cloths before we put into the wash but after we washed the cloths some of the cloths was stained by some magic maker and kid glitterI told her is not our mistake 100%it cold happen to anyoneBut she was insisting that we are to be blamed she was loud and screamingI Told her that we are not fully to blame its also your responsibly to check the cloths sometimes kids keep things in their pockets and after you wash you find itShe was bent on blaming us and shouting so that all the other customers can hear that we do very bad jobshe made the store a bad environmentI told about the policy she said I didn’t not sign any policyI told her she can go online and read any laundromat terms and condition all states the samewe like to work with the customers and I want to give her the same experience like my other 600+ customers are gettingBut all we ask our customers to be reasonablewe are small business and unhappy customers cost us more then her washthere is a point were we draw the lineWe would like to wash the stained cloths for free but she did not give me the chance to explain but rather she was bent on proclaiming how bad job we did.I treat every customer by respectthis goes with all my team tooI was called to the front to serve another customer and even thou I was yelled at I had to put a smiley faceI am sorry on behalf of my team if that had made her mad and upset.I am Attaching the terms and condition
