Hi I’m responded to a letter I received today about the complaint listed in the subject area above.  This is the first I’m hearing of this issue.  [redacted] is not a name I’m familiar with.  According to the information provided, it appears the problem was with one of my former...

attendants.  The dates also coincide with the period of time she was behaving recklessly at work which resulted in her termination on December 5th.  Unbeknownst to me she had a substance abuse problem.  The police found her unconscious in the business after hours on Dec 5th.  She never communicated any of this information described in this complaint to me prior to her departure.  I would be happy to contact the dry cleaning plant directly to see if they can locate Mr. [redacted]s favorite shirt.  He is also welcome to contact me directly at [redacted] to give me a better description of said shirt. [redacted] | [redacted] Wireless | Account Manager North Shore MA - Indirect Sales | (C) [redacted] | (F) [redacted]
