Spin Tech Performance Mufflers

I am rejecting this response because: While I do agree that I was in in the wrong to install the first set of mufflers on my car, even though they were incorrect, I do not feel that it is right to completely reject the opportunity for me to return either set of mufflers, even the set that had not been usedI am accepting responsibility and am willing to pay fully and outright for the first set of mufflers that were incorrect, that I used and installedI am only disputing the fact that I received an invoice, without warning, for the second set; and that I was also immediately denied to opportunity to return these still brand new mufflers or settle in any other way

Mr*** ordered a custom pair of SpinTech Mufflers from our website under the link "Build Your Own." It is our policy stated on that link that all "Build Your Own" mufflers are not returnable.After being notified by Mr*** that the mufflers that we sent him were not correct, we promptly sent
him a correct pairEnclosed with his new mufflers, was a return label to send us the first pair back. Mr*** called our office on or about February 7, requesting to send all the mufflers back for a refundI told him his original order for a custom "Build Your Own" was not returnable as it clearly states on our website "Build Your Own" mufflers are made to order per customer specification. I asked Mr*** if he would please return the first set that was shipped in error providing he did not use themit was at that time Mr*** informed me that he did indeed install them on his vehicleAt that time I told Mr*** I could no longer accept the used mufflers as an exchange/return as they are now a "used" pair and could not sell them as new.Mr*** made a choice to install the first set of mufflers even though they were not what he orderedif Mr*** had returned the first set without using them, he would have received a refund for that first pairSince he used the first pair he had and I had sent him the second pair with the understand the first were not installed, I had to charge for the second custom made pair as well. Mr, ***'s custom 'Build Your Own" mufflers are just that, and even though they have not been used, they are made to order and it would be difficult to resell
