The agreement for the extended warranty shows a warranty start date of 10/31/07 in the upper right corner, and an expiration date of 10/31/13 in Section D in the center of the agreement. In section B (Types of New Plans) of the agreement, the box is checked for Premium Care. In section D - coverage term and cost, the first sentence says: New Plan Agreements: Coverage begins at the New Vehicle Limited Warranty Start Date and Zero Miles/Hours. Coverage ends at the earlier of the Number of Months Purchased or the Number of Miles/Hours purchased from the New Vehicle Limited Warranty Start Date or Zero Miles/Hours. The customer signed the agreement in Section E.
