January 22, 2016Dear Representative of the Revdex.com,We received your complaint letter dated Tuesday, January 19, regarding our management of the [redacted] *** **Condominium AssociationPer your request please consider this letter to be our reply.We recently were informed of Condominium Associations complaints and have had or more communications with the condominium association presidentWe believe filing the complaint was a very premature action taken by one the aggrieved condominium owners.We dispute the validity the points noted in the claim, as well as dispute the claim in of itself as the unit owner is not part of the executive board and does not have the authority to speak on behalf of the AssociationWe are aware of the concerns of the condominium unit owners and are in discussion with the President of the Condominium Association towards a resolutionWe believe these are minor matters in scope and amount and we are confident an amicable resolution will be obtained.We are a respectable company as evidenced by our years of operation with no other Revdex.com complaintsIn this day and age of social media and rapid postings we believe this to be a premature action taken by one of the condominium owners, when we are in fact in active discussion with the President of the Condominium AssociationWe plan to allow the President of the Condominium Association to continue to act in his official capacity and on behalf of the Association in our continued dialogue towards a reasonable resolution.Sincerely,Joseph S.CPA Owner

I am rejecting this response because:Date Sent: 2/2/1:00:PMHello,I am the President of the Association as of January 1st 2016. This information has been provided to Spina and Company numerous times and they still refuse to provide me with the information myself and the former President have been requesting for the past months. Per our contract we are entitled to all documents concerning our Association. Also, this may be Spina and Companies first Revdex.com complaint but this is not the first time they have stolen money from customers. They have also bribed former customers to remove their negative reviews on Yelp. I am in contact with former customer's and I am collecting all of their documentation to show that Spina and Company operates in an unacceptable manner. Even after this complaint was filed Spina and Company failed to pay our water bill.. It was only after I contacted Spina and Company to inform them that our water bill was overdue that they made a payment. They also had the audacity to charge our account for the late fee! Associations complaints and have had 6 or more communications with the condominium association president. We believe filing the complaint was a very premature action taken by one the aggrieved condominium owners.We dispute the validity the points noted in the claim, as well as dispute the claim in of itself as the unit owner is not part of the executive board and does not have the authority to speak on behalf of the Association. We are aware of the concerns of the condominium unit owners and are in discussion with the President of the Condominium Association towards a resolution.
