I am rejecting this response because: there were no cards to fill it out for refund of any kind. When I called the emergency phone number posted the operator responded to leave a piece of paper with my name and address to get the refund and leave it on top of the laundry machine which I thought it was non sense because who was going to take care of a piece  of paper loose on top of a machine ? Any way, I did received the check for the $4.50.
