I personally am very disturbed that we would get a complaint from a member like thisI am not aware of any other requests to me, my email, phone or support system to correct any issues he might have hadI am happy to unwind/refund all the monies he put into the system ($30) but it is my job to maintain the integrity of the system and it would not be fair to give him a $bonus in cash and also give him a refundI respect the Revdex.com and all that it stands for, but it is a shame that some frivolous complaints like this find their way into the systemThis gentleman is still welcome to participate in the program, but I would prefer not to have to spend my time responding to complaints like this where we definitely have delivered and continue to deliver on promises madeWe have built this program for home sales professionals and marketers to prosper and we have given them the means to succeedI think [redacted] is a prime example of someone who got massive benefit from the program, especially when comparing our system to other random MLM or affiliate marketing opportunitiesHis earnings are outstanding for the level at which he participated, and his position in the matrix shows an extremely profitable future as wellIt's a shame that he thinks our effort is a "scam"We paid him his commissions on time and he had no problem withdrawing any moniesWe gave him a high value product and he benefitted greatly from his participationWhat else is a company supposed to do? [redacted] has complained about the company not living-up to promises made about the matrix. He also complains about others' statements about the company... namely ROI and that we have "all out lied to investors". First, I would like to make it clear that our company is a legitimate business and it is not some kind of passive investment or pyramid scheme. The business requires WORK and pays no "ROI (return on 'investment'). It pays commissions on the sale of product to customers and if there are no sales, there are no commissions. He has been free to download and evaluate the plan, which clearly states the means by which commissions are paid, and the amounts that are paid for each sale made by an affiliate. Secondly, [redacted] seems upset by promises made by the company regarding our placement of members in a compensation matrix, using their joining time as the criteria for placement. This is exactly what we did do, and although the company experienced some delays in getting the matrix implemented correctly, his placement was completed on June 22nd, and is directly related to his signup date. His position is exactly number 90 out of over 33,000 members that we placed in the matrix, so his position is highly favored and potentially very valuable. To that end [redacted] paid exactly $30 to purchase his initial Spinding affiliate marketing suite, and his account has earned over $1,160.26 as of 8/12/2014. If you are comparing this to an "ROI" return, this is an almost 39X return, or an annual percentage rate of over 9296%. He obviously was very happy with his results because he upgraded and renewed his account multiple times over the course of the past 5 months, and he has withdrawn over $250 in cash. (Not bad for a $30 initial purchase.) I personally am very disturbed that we would get a complaint from a member like this. I am not aware of any other requests to me, my email, phone or support system to correct any issues he might have had. I am happy to unwind/refund all the monies he put into the system ($30) but it is my job to maintain the integrity of the system and it would not be fair to give him a $250 bonus in cash and also give him a refund.
