Review: After my debit card was approved the bartender added tips. As you can see on the attached receipts my purchase was approved WITHOUT TIPS. Called my bank for my balance. These charges were wrong. My 2 receipts with no tip, two more included tips. The restaurant charged most peoples writing changes after drinks notice my writing and compare it to tips of my signature. When I went to the owner to get receipts I had to had to ask him what amount of the scribble on one receipt. His so obvious I did not write those tip amounts the same thing happened to my friend. She was upset and I told her "It's only $3 , let it go." Now I can just imagine how many people they do forge tips on their receipts I had a very hard time obtaining copies of my signed receipts Owner said "no" then"why?" I told him it was my right. They are smearing my name to all their customers as to why they banned me from stepping on their property.

I would like to suggest the Spindrift be audited and be able to accept cash only. How do they get away with duplicating receipts that they have forged tips on!

I would like some time of type of retubution for the damage to my reputation. Several people have told me what the owner and his girlfriend say about why I have been banned.

Of course I a undisturbed about being banned. Why would I want to go back?

This is not the only over charge. However, I have not the receipts

The amount of my documented forgery may be minute. Imagine how much profit they make on this illegal practice to othersDesired Settlement: I would like to suggest the Spindrift be audited and be able to accept cash only. How do they get away with duplicating receipts that they have forged tips on!

I also spoke to the bartender and he says at know we don't alter tips (grounds for termination) [redacted] was a hand full that night for him. She was a cause or involved in few instances that night She was banned from our property because of the questioning of the tips butt because at he behavior.

We don't talk about why she was banned. It is a small island so to peak and facts & rumors get spread fast.

We have had reported to us that not nice things come at of month when spready about me and [redacted]

I feel its best I just keep her banned from the property
