Review: We asked how much the service would cost. The told us $40. We asked them to check insurance. They told us it was approved. We scheduled apt. The billed us $40. We paid $40. They accepted $40 as payment in full. We proceeded to schedule next apt. and based upon history of billed $40 and paid $40 scheduled 4 more.

When we were notified by our insurance company that they had not approved service we terminated service immediately. Providers said that it was their mistake and that they would take responsibility. They suggested that we should continue, however, we got a different provider who charged us $40.

Nine months later we received a bill from Spine and Sport demanding an additional $420.00. We appealed to insurance on their behalf, but Aetna doesn't consider billing issues that are more than 6 months old. We sent several letters to S&S but got no response. On March 17th we sent our dispute by certified mail to S&S. They did not respond. Instead they sent our case to a collection agency. We are being harassed to the point of extortion.Desired Settlement: Close account as paid in full
