I went down to the car lot hoping to just end things but I got no where .My car I have only has miles on it and in great shape all I want? is another car? of equal miles or close to it? and the same condition I never ever would have complained about this had I been told about the accidents before I bought the carI would like a ***,*** or a *** and I would be happy but I don't understand why I can'tjust make a even trade that is all I want pleaseHe told me today that the price of the car has dropped down a year that's not fair cause hs happened when I bought the car and wasn't told!I? want to write to you and let you know what I would like to do about my problem I would like to take $dollars that he offered me in the office? on Tuesday? I think that would be right because that's what he said he would give me for my car because it had gone down in pricesince I bought it.I don't think that is right because he sold it to me knowing it had accidents and nobody will take it because of the accidents regardless of what type it was.? Would you see if I can get this cleared up no body else will take the car with two accidents on the report they will only give me because I have checked at *** *** & *** *** I shouldn't have to be punished for their mistake not telling me I will look for another car else where because they want to over charge me for? another car and I can't afford it.Please can you help me to resolve this they will not work with me they want me to buy another car from them and I don't want to do thatI am a very truthful person and I just want this done.? ? I dealt with Mrs. [redacted] personally when she purchased her [redacted] 200, she was upside down in the [redacted] that she traded in and had to add the payoff difference to her loan.  She was extremely satisfied at the time she purchased that car.  We had not pulled the [redacted] prior to the sale...

and had not been aware of the two accidents on the report.  These reports include minor accidents as well as any incident reported to the insurance company .  We have been working with Mrs [redacted] to trade her out the the [redacted] 200 and will do anything to help her.  There is nothing wrong with the car she purchased as far as we are aware of.

Allen Samuel representatives keeps switching and twisting. the offer was from Allen Samuel  On Allen Samuel Paperwork printed by Allen Samuel Sales manager. Now they want you to believe that the numbers was offered by the customer. The customer offer is always in ink not printed. Allen Samuel Sales Manager just has to agree that he is dishonest and a deceit and represents the organization inappropriately. I have bought the same vehicle from another dealer and finances at a much lower rate than what they wanted to rob me for. I will never tell even my dog to go to Allen Samuel dealership since they are lairs.This is just to let Revdex.com know that Allen Samuel Dealership is not a straight forward place to do business.Thank you.Henry [redacted]

Mr [redacted] and family did visit the dealership on July 1 and left without completing a purchase transaction---Im sure there were many figures discussed , but the selling price I have recorded is $26785.00 plus $798.00 in dealer adds for an selling price of $27583.00. be with APPROVED CREDIT.  The lender offering the rate the customer requested was not approved. When Mr [redacted] left the dealership he took a copy of the Buyer Order and was going to his lender to have the vehicle financed. We have not heard back from him till we received your letter.Since the purchase price was established as one that we would sell the vehicle ,which Mr [redacted] now says is incorrect and Im unable to find a lender that will finance the vehicle at his requested rate there is nothing that I can do for Mr [redacted]

Mr [redacted] did have have his oil changed at the dealership at the time stated and he did return the following Monday with the damage he has described. The difference is when the oil is changed we remove a shield nearly in the middle of the vehicle and it was still intact. The damage to Mr [redacted]...

vehicle was to the front bumper and air dams under the front of the vehicle-There were also large gouges in the air dam where those parts had came in contact with something. We put the vehicle on a lift and showed Mr [redacted] the damage, explained to him how the damage was not related to the oil change and asked if he would like an estimate on the repair. his answer was yes and we did that. There is no possible way we did anything to the vehicle to cause this type or any damage to his vehicle.
