[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]This is completely inaccurateI've only had the car since February 26th so there's no way I could be over days late on a payment I gave him as my payment and told him I need my title to get my tagsHe failed to deliver my title and I lost my job because I had no way to get to work The down payment was supposed to be I gave him add on my next payment wasn't do til April 26thHe came to my house around April 1st saying I was late on my payment and was gonna take my car unless I brought money to him so I took the only money I had ($210.00) to him and still no title and a report guy called me days later threatening to come take my car They can have the car back I just want my money back and to not do business with them anymore This isn't the first time this has happened from there business before apparentlyI googled there business and the first comment that came up was about them not delivering titles.

Dear *** ***Mr*** has bought a vehicle at AAMD Auto Sales on Feb 26, and has agree to the term of payments on monthly of $ Mr*** was late on the first payment and still is late as of this moment total of days Mr*** was charger late fee only for
days I have called and never got a phone call back from Mr*** He wasn’t coming in to make the payment till we send someone to the address he provided, which it was a wrong address The address we have on file for him is *** *** *** *** ** ***On April 16, Mr*** made a payment of only, day’s later he came I and made a late payment off and as of this moment May 2, Mr*** is behind on the payment the amount of $390.00.Mr*** would have got the title if he provided us with the right address.AAMD Auto Sales
