I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I will add, I have emails to their salesperson that we were terminating service, so that should have been their "written notice"Also, we sent units to them and they sent them back because they didn't have RMA numbers, that was their excuse! What a fraudI wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this companyThey are very poor communicators and when you terminate service (and go to their competition, which is better) they get "butt hurt" and want to try to collect more money from you.BAD BUSINESS!!!

Customer purchased devices with a year service term in December and signed our standard Subscription Service Agreement (“SSA”) on December 13, 2012. Per the terms of the SSA the service term automatically renews after the initial term for additional one year terms unless Customer
provides written notification of its intent to cancel. Customer never provided written notification of their intent to cancel the auto renewal prior to December 13, 2016. The GPS devices are still active and in the possession of the customer; however, we have suspended service to the devices and are contacting the customer to provide it with the RMA information so the devices can be returned. Customer has received monthly invoices for services for the months of January, February and March which are outstanding. We will credit the customer’s account for these outstanding invoices and once the devices are returned the account will be closed

Review: The company sold inferior product. It never showed us how to properly installed them. Did not give us any trial, any demo. We found the product to fail yet they would not refund.Desired Settlement: Refund the purchase amount.

To whom it may concern,

Effective March 9th, 2015 we will be terminating your services with our company. Please have your installation team remove your devices from our vehicles immediately. Also, Fleet Locate by Spireon will cease and desist charging Carpet Pro Inc. credit card for any debts past March 9th, 2015.

I have had nonstop problems with your company from day one. Fleet Locate and its employees have been nothing but unreliable, incorrect, and downright rude. I have tried for quite some time to resolve these issues with no success.

Please confirm receipt of this letter by fax or email. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

After receiving multiple solicitation calls about adding a tracking I finally need one additional one. Since I already have 8 trackers with this business I wanted the 3 year contract waived and dropped down to match my other, which was for another year. After being told I'd get a call back after speaking with their managers, two employees never called me back. I called multiple times letting them know I needed an answer and I wasn't happy that I was being ignored. I was then passed off to someone else (for the second time) in which I was informed that the 2 years of the 3 year contract could not be waived. I informed Spireon (by email because I couldn't reach anyone on the phone for 2 days) that I wished to cancel all my service. I never got a call back but did receive an email of my cancellation fees. Overall the customer service was TERRIBLE. They only cared about me when they wanted to add service! I was pushed to the wayside and ignored by more than one person when I was trying to resolve multiple issues. As soon as my contract is up with this company I am switching. I don't trust them and I don't appreciate such poor customer service.
