Spirit Airlines

I will never fly with Spirit again! The people who work for spirit lack customer service friendliness. I went up to the desk to check in my bag and said hello twice with a most friendly approach to the woman working there and she looked at me and then looked down with a mean expression and never even said anything. So after I was done and tell her to have a nice day and she never even looked up. I thought , ok , maybe she was having a bad day which is still no excuse for her rudeness, but every single employee I came in contact with and ones working around them were all just as rude. We are paying money for these flights and they act like we are doing something wrong when we are passing through security. How dare they! I understand the importance of safety, I’m talking about the way they treat people. Also they are the only airline I’ve been on that does not offer crackers or pretzels or cookies and water.
