Spirit Chrysler Plymouth Dodge

Review: From the day I purchased a vehicle from [redacted] I have had nothing but problems with my vehicle. All the lights in the dashboard came on after I took the vehicle home and I called the same day of the purchase to let the salesman know that I was having issues with the vehicle. After arguing with the Manager and Owner, they finally agreed to fix my vehicle but would not refund my money for a vehicle that was clearly a Lemon! While my vehicle was in service, [redacted] rented a vehicle for me from [redacted] and was to be paid for fully by[redacted]. Instead, 5 months later on 28 Feb 14, I noticed a charge from [redacted]. I called them to find out why a charge was posted on my account and at that time I was told that Spirit Dodge never paid the bill for the rental car. [redacted] said they have been trying to get Spirit Dodge to pay the bill but kept being ignored. Spirit Dodge has done nothing but cost me over $4500 every since the day I purchased the vehicle in Aug 2013. I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle and had to purchase new tires two weeks after I purchased the car after the salesman lied and said they were new tires.Desired Settlement: I want Spirit Dodge to pay [redacted] the money for the rental as agreed. In addition, I would like Spirit Dodge to pay $4500 for the cost of me purchasing their LEMON and lying to me that the car was in working condition. The $4500 is the down payment along with the cost of purchasing new tires.
