Review: My fiance and I purchase a used [redacted] Ram vehicle, from NJ although we live in DE. 30 minutes away from the dealership we realize the windows do not work except the master window panel. We called our sales person to try to resolve the issue and that did not work. My fiance [redacted] tried calling a few days later to resolve the issue with [redacted] the salesman and that did not work. I then called to speak with the manager [redacted]. [redacted] gave us two options. We could drive a 3 hours there to get the window fixed on them. My concern was, we would drive 6 hours total spending our gas money and what if they could not fix it that day? I explained that to [redacted], that it was of concern. He said he could not helped I lived in DE, and I understand that. He said option 2 was to use our warranty we purchase and pay the deductible of $100. This also displeased me, because I felt it was unfair we drove off the lot and realized they were broken. [redacted] asked us why we did not turn around. While we are filling out paperwork the service and part department closed. And again, what if they did not have the part that day? I tried to compromise and ask if they could give us a gas card to at least pay for our gas to get up there. The manager then became irritated and angry and said "I am done with you" and hung up the phone. So, nothing was resolved whatsoever. Now, we decide to bite the bullet and use our warranty and pay $100 and say to ourselves lesson learned. But, our warranty in fact does NOT cover the window repair as [redacted] claimed. Now we have paid $300 dollars out of our own pocket to fix the repair. The managers behavior was very disappointing. He was unable to come to any sort of agreement and lost his composure along the way resulting him to hang up the phone on me. On top of that experience we paid more than we said we would.Desired Settlement: We would like to be refunded the amount of money we paid to get the vehicle fixed.
