This company contacted me by phone, wanted payment over the phone which I declined Afterwards, I called the Athletic Director or Northwood schools and he said that they have no affiliation with this company They said that the advertising included a banner to be displayed on the field, T shirts with our name on it that would be thrown out to the crowd at games as well as mentions of my business during over the loud speaker during the game The Athletic Director said that have no affiliation with Spirit Stop, that the only way to get a Banner on the field is through the school boosters, that they do not do mentions of businesses during the games and the every year, they randomly receive a box of t shirts that are of sizes that don't fit anyone, that they do nothing with them, but shove them into a closet and end up throwing them away He asked what the name of the company was, he said this isn' the first time he has heard
On or about September 4,a representative from Sport Promotion Network contacted me about buying some water battles for a local high school in my area, Hunter Kinard Tyler High School in *** SC XXXXX, in return the school would advertise my business name during the home games also place my name on the bottles however before this would take place The company would seen me a copy of the design before moving forward with the workI started have second though and made a trip to HKT High School in Norway, SC, I spoke with the Principal at the high school, he stated that the school did not need any type of water bottles, he also stated that if the school needed anything the request would be on the school letter headon September and the 8th I send a email back The company with a request to cancel this order base on the school principal request for me not to process with this order, However on septI received an email stating that they plan to continue with the bottles, I have

This business asked if I wanted to sponsor a high school by advertising my business on the back of or or some number of t-shirts I said no and the young boy asked if he could email me the details I said ok to get him out of my hair I did not recieve the details, but months later I received a bill for $for t-shirts I have never seen He asked if I had received a bill in the mail and I said no because I dont use snail mail I asked if he emailed me a bill and he said I did not have the right email address I did not authorize this and I have no idea if they even did want whatever they said they were going to do with the school This is a huge scam
