We processed and shipped this customer's order as quickly as manufacturing schedules allowed. The customer received the order in two shipments, an original and a backorder. Both have been received. We have received no returns or further contact with the customer.

To my knowledge, I have still not received anything. I've got my staff looking but as of right now, we have not received a package with the final molds. Was there a tracking number? I'm truly not trying to be difficult.

Good Morning,
Some of the concerns raised by this customer are legitimate. We had an approximately one week period in the end of July to early August where foul weather messed up our phone and email systems. We have since resolved those...

issues.
We were behind on manufacturing and shipping items that this customer ordered. We since resolved that too. The customer's order has shipped and been received.
The customer has reached out to us about receiving a refund. We advised here that, if she did not want the products, she could refuse the parcel and we would issue a refund once it was returned. We have not received such a return and must figure the customer chose to keep the products.
