Jan 8,I walked into the Saint Germain's I had been there before because I have Doctors Appts on occasion at UCSD across the street the man taking orders for sandwiches who I later found out is named (***) asked me what I wanted to order
so at I said "i'd like the Greek salad with a BLT" so he said to me "Oh okay did you want a cup of that on the side for $bucks" and "i said sure" so then he proceeded to tell me that the BLT already comes with a side and that he can put a scope of greek salad as a side already with the sandwich, what i'm paying would be extra, so I said oh okay then i'll get that instead, so then I told him can I please have a side of fruit for $bucks so then for some reason he got confused, he told me that twice that he didn't understand what I was saying he repeated that back to me twice that he was confused so I repeated what I wanted one more time, so then I was standing there waiting and he looked at me and he said you can go to the register and pay for your sandwich, and I didn't really say anything I just kind of nodded my head like no that's okay the only reason I wanted wait was because I wanted to make sure my order was correct because he was confused so then my order was done and he took my food and instead of handing it to me over the counter he walked it all the way around the store to the counter in front of everybody in line and pointed at me and said this for her to the women at the register I WAS SO EMBARRASSED and angry I felt like he was making me look like a thief WOW!! "so I looked at him I said why did you do that and he said you need to pay first "granted there's nothing POSTED any were that you have to pay first you don't even pay first when you go into subway they make the sandwich first then you pay I was HUMILIATED I didn't like that kind of treatment and I feel the customer service I received was cold callous
