We are extremely pleased with the service Gate City Tree Service provided when we had approximately trees taken down on 4/21/The crew went above and beyond taking great care of laying down plywood on the lawn, thedriveway, and the streetThere was barely any evidence of them being there, other then a few wood chips and the missing treesOur neighbors, who recently had some trees removed, by another company (they also quoted us, but the price was higher)The were impressed by the professionalism that the crew worked with Thank you Kevin and the entire team at Gate City Tree Service! My experience is the same as the previous one. No response from emails request to cancel or photo ne messages. Called but straight to voicemail.
The terms and conditions state cancellation possible by either email or phone but this is not being followed.
I thought my subscription was cancelled since no DVD’s from December until now but today May 2018 DVD in the mail. Frustrating.
I have referred it to my credit card company so hopefully resolution that way.

Review: No response from emails or contact form on website. Telephone calls all go to voice mail with statement that no agents are available. I reached operator today and she said to use email or contact form on website. Two accounts were set up for me, one showed inactive until they billed me for both accounts. I was billed $19.90 and $25.95 for one membership. All emails were ignored and no response from voice mail message.Desired Settlement: I would like the two payments returned - $19.90 and $25.95 and membership cancelled.
