I really don’t feel comfortable releasing customer finance information without written consent from the individualAlso, the co-signer’s information is on the same app as [redacted] s and he (the co-signer) apparently doesn’t want to participate in this farceI do appreciate all you efforts in this matter, but the dealership did absolutely nothing wrongI feel it’s time to move onto other thingsEspecially since the co-signer doesn’t want to get involvedThanks for your efforts, [redacted] ***DirectorSpitzer Management, IncPhone: [redacted]

This complaint was responded to back in January and considered closedBriefly...There was an error made by either the computer or the person installing the informationNothing was done to mislead the consumerIT WAS A MISTAKENO new vehicle can be purchased for $

Hi, I disagree because when I leased the vehicle, the salesperson assured me if the vehicle was retuned in good condition and had low miles I would receive equity in it even if I did not release with themThe prior vehicle I retuned I received $1,in equity but I released with KiaWe called prior to the appointment to make sure if we did not release we would still receive equity and he agreedI did not curse at anyoneI only asked why this vehicle did not have equity because it was the exact car I leased priorThey refused to answer I am just requesting a valid response or restitutionThank you

This was obviously a typographical error on the part of the person entering the dataUnfortunately, this happens from time to time and is in no way meant to confuse the publicCould be computer error or human error

I have reviewed [redacted] complaintI have been advised that not only did [redacted] Kia make her aware that the evaporator on her car had been damaged and not warrantable, but another Kia dealer has also advised her of the sameShould any Kia dealer apply for warranty reimbursement for the repair and Kia requests the current evaporator be returned for inspection, it would be noticed that the part did not fail and, in fact, was damagedThe repairing dealer would then be charged back the money that Kia paid them for the repair

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Let me go on by sayingI went to your website to see about leasing at Kia something awd or 4xI came upon the kia add and was amazed and thought that would workI thorough checked the add and also made inquiresi just would like to say that what is obvious to me is that you have very poor customer service skillsIt started with the people that have responded as well as you rude reply back to the Revdex.comLet me give you a little historyI have purchased a car from spitzer, my mom has purchased a car, and my fatherYou guys have treated this like its nothingI understand that you guys are saying its a mistake; however, I am not responsible for your mistakeIts funny that I have not received a sincere apology from anyone that has contacted my by phone, email, nor through Revdex.comWhat is Obvious to me is that you don't care about your customersWhat is obvious is that you also don't care about customer service or if I will return to get anything from spitzer ever, nor any of my family members Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The consumer gave permission for ** at Revdex.com to take her response over the phone. The consumer said she never spoke with the Service Manager at [redacted] ***, she said she spoke with Mike who is one of their Service Advisors and another gentleman who is a Service Tech. The consumer said she was told by these gentlemen that the evaporator in the consumer's vehicle appears to be new, however, it is missing o-rings and this could cause the Freon to leak out.The consumer said the treatment she experienced while at [redacted] was very upsetting and she will never return to them.Regards, [redacted] ***

Good Morning [redacted] In Response...It is impossible to guarantee that a leased vehicle will have equity when turned in after the lease has expiredThe value at lease end is figured by a percentage of depreciation of the window stickerEx: If a vehicle stickers for $30,and has a estimated value of 40% of the sticker at lease end, then the residual (value) would be $12,BUT....If the market value at lease end is only $11,000.00, then there is a $negative equity that the leasing company absorbsIf the vehicle has a market value of $13000.00, then there would be $of equityThis scenario rarely happens, but may have occurred on the previous leaseThere is no way to guarantee equity at lease end as the used car market is very volatile and the values of used cars can change very quicklyIn this situation, the market value was less than the buy out (residual), thus, there would be no equityThe market value at lease end has got to be higher than the residual to have equityI hope this clears up the concernIf the customer needs additional information, I suggest she goes to Spitzer Kia and discuss with [redacted] ***, the General Manager[redacted] ***DirectorSpitzer Management

Good morning ***,I am going to forward in a separate email the response I received from *** ***, the General Manager at Spitzer KiaHe has done a great job of explaining what occurred. The only way the dealership or a salesman would know if there was equity in a leased (or any) vehicle would
be to get the buyout from the lease company or the lender and then have the vehicle appraisedIt would be impossible to know if there was equity without doing these two things firstIf you need any additional information, feel free to contact me

Good afternoon ***,As you can see, we have arrived at a stalemate hereAs I stated previously, if the "O" rings were missing, *** would have replaced them and received payment from KiaI believe that a tech would have to partially disassemble the evaporator to discover if the "O" rings were missingI would assume, if that discovery was made, then the tech would have installed the "O" rings prior to reinstalling the evaporatorWould take a matter of seconds. That being said, although the customer is not satisfied, I will be closing this concern

This complaint was responded to back in January 2017 and considered closed. Briefly...There was an error made by either the computer or the person installing the information. Nothing was done to mislead the consumer. IT WAS A MISTAKE. NO new vehicle can be purchased for $1930.00

Let me go on by saying. I went to your website to see about leasing at Kia something awd or 4x4. I came upon the kia add and was amazed and thought that would work. I thorough checked the add and also made inquires. I just would like to say that what is obvious to me is that you have very poor customer service skills. It started with the people that have responded as well as you rude reply back to the Revdex.com. Let me give you a little history. I have purchased a car from spitzer, my mom has purchased a car, and my father. You guys have treated this like its nothing. I understand that you guys are saying its a mistake; however, I am not responsible for your mistake. Its funny that I have not received a sincere apology from anyone that has contacted my by phone, email, nor through Revdex.com. What is Obvious to me is that you don't care about your customers. I have spoke to Mr. [redacted] we are going back[redacted]s. I want to voice what happen to the owner directly. I'm shocked Mr. [redacted] is so determined to intervene despite the fact I've personally asked to speak with Mr. [redacted] directly. If Mr [redacted] would like to help he can have Mr. Spritzer contact me directly about resolution on this matter.

We worked a deal with this lady. Yes she did call and talk to salesperson. Like any salesperson would do, he told her she may have some equity. Bring the vehicle in so we can assess the trade and work her into another deal. She came in and we worked deal. Buyout on current lease was $14900. We were giving her $14000. Worked deal on new Sportage SX MODEL. While working deal she continued to ask how much equity she had and we explained she she had none. She stated payments were too high on the new one and she was just gonna go buy a Nissan Rogue for $325 a month. We were at $402. She said nevermind, just take my car back for $14900 and I will walk away from existing lease. We told her we would not pay her the $14900 due to the value being less. She proceeded to call my salesman an [redacted] and left. She stated my salesman told her on phone that she had equity, when he said you could have equity. Without appraisal of vehicle we wouldn't know.      She does have a nice vehicle but it isn't worth $14900. We even told her we could put her in a nicely equipped EX SPORTAGE FOR $329. She insisted that she must have all the bells and whistles as we explained it costs more.     Every single lease that isn't traded for a new one or bought out by customer is imposed a disposition fee. The only way out of it is to trade for a lease or buy New KIA only. No other make or model waives disposition fee. Her contract also reads the disposition fee on her current vehicle. That is kias fee NOT ours.     Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks, [redacted]
