I am rejecting this response because:
I was robbed this car has been back and forth to repair shops for repairs, they are talking about fixing the lights now using a mechanic that can't fix them because I was told to drop it off an still no results besides not being able to drive a car now since junof this year so I'm stuck with a lemon and a company that don't deliever nothing but liesI hope no one gets ripped off like I haveI've been paying out of pocket for repairs since time of purchase so everyone at monmouth auto mall on route south are liars and crooks

They did not fix the issue with the lights I had no idea the car was sold as is! And I called mike about the engine and the bluntly ignored my callsLights have yet to be fixed by monmouth auto mall as agreed so nothing was accomplished they are liars and crooksI would never finance a car as is me nor my husband

Hello [redacted] came in and purchased her vehicle AS-IS after test driving it. All of the documents are signed including the buyers guide. However as she was leaving the car overheated and I asked to leave it and I will send it to service. As a courtesy after the service facility looked...

at the car we installed and used engine and radiator with no charge to customer. I gave her the option of refunding her money or taking the car for the weekend and if she didn't like it or if there was a issue with the car she could return it. The customer elected to keep the car for the weekend and called us and said they are 100% happy and will still go with the deal. A few days later she called and said she had a issue again, her husband came in and we gave him a gas can because the car possibly didn't have gas in it. I believe it needs a fuel sending unit because the gas guage is inoperable. We offered to repair that also with no charge to the customer. [redacted] we strive on customer satisfaction and in this case I spent almost $2k in repairs with no charge to customer even thou we sold it AS-IS. I have all the supporting documents indicating the car was sold AS-IS with the customer signature on it and also all repair bills if necessary. Hello [redacted] After careful review of the customers complaint I don't know why her warranty was cancelled. However, even thou the customer wasn't charged for this warranty on her contract which doesn't reflect on her finance contract with [redacted], I will still honor a (1) year...

Limited Powertrain / Engine warranty on her car from todays date (September 2, 2015). Also I am amazingly shocked that none of my employees contacted this [redacted] since we strive on customer satisfaction. Please have the customer come back to the dealership and I will give her updated warranty paperwork after she signs a release.
