Review: On July 8,2013, @11:50a.m. [redacted] and I both spoke with [redacted] of Splash Drain and Plumbing on [redacted], about coming out to my property [redacted] to install an aerator/pump onto my mechanical treatment plant.I FAXED all the papers that were given to me by the Dept. of Health in [redacted]. After sending the faxes @ 12:02&12:07p.m. July 8, 2013, he said he could come out the next day. [redacted] agreed to meet him.On July 9, 2013, [redacted] walked to the back of my property where my plant is and looked only. He told my boyfriend, [redacted], that he needed to get a "6" cap" and "a screen" and even said, "...I can tell you how to make one..." and proceeded to tell him how. Then Mr.[redacted] said he was going to Colburn's to get the pump;he left. My boyfriend, [redacted] waited for him longer than 2 hours. When Mr. [redacted] came back he said that Colburn's didn't have it so he needed to go back to Slidell and get the pump that he had over there. Then he gave [redacted] the pump and told him where to connect it.[redacted] saw that the pump looked used because the top was painted & that's when Mr. [redacted] said, "..just remember, it's guaranteed for a year." After getting a good price for the electrical work, on July 23rd, I brought the Initial Warranty Inspection/Service which includes the temporary permit [redacted] # into the Dept of Health and found out that it was invalid because [redacted] is NOT a licensed installer.After finding out that I had to start out all over, I was really upset that I paid $463.18 for a used pump only because [redacted] wasn't licensed to do any of it.[redacted] called [redacted] and explained. Mr. [redacted] said he was in Shreveport and couldn't take care of the matter until he was in town on the 26th. Mr. [redacted] said that "Mr. [redacted] didn't have access to the bank account" and "....I'm not trying to get..So, we waited.[redacted] was at work on July 26th, so I had to call. I called [redacted] at 12:09p.m and 12:52p.m and no one called me back.Desired Settlement: At 1:30p.m.[redacted], [redacted] called me @ [redacted].I explained again.He said he needed to confirm everything with [redacted] and that he'd call me back.At 2:19p.m. [redacted] called me @[redacted] and said, "...will refund all money, $463.18 but I can't do it till they are finished this job...by next Thursday (8/01/13)" I said, "Do I have your word?" He said, "Yes." August 1st I received no phone call. I called [redacted] Aug 2 @1:32p.m. and left a voicemail and I have yet to hear anythin
