Review: Pool company from the start was a problem. Damaged property that could have been protected and cost me $500 to repair with no compensation. Did not follow town code for construction but was paid in full and more. Did not cooperate with town building and development for inspection before concrete was poured. I have been unable to acquire an certificate of occupancy for my project and in order to meet town requirements the mistakes need to corrected. Over $5,000 in damages in order to address issues and conform with town requirements.Desired Settlement: The company was and still is required to construct a pool which meets all town and state codes. A refund in the amount noted to address all code infractions is mandatory by Splash Pools. Company has made zero attempt to reach out and assist me with these issues.
