This company is unreliable - didn't return phone calls or email in a timely manner. Never provide service after a confirmed date and time. Horrible!!!First contacted company on June 19 to schedule service. Received email back on June 27, I sent dates requesting service back that day for three dates. I didn't hear back from them, so on July 8 I asked for a confirmation. July 9 they confirmed they would clean my house on the 17th. I email right back for a time because they failed to put that information in their email. On July 15 I emailed again because I didn't know what time. The 16th I received an email that I had to call them instead of emailing. I called they said they would get back with me that day - they never did. I call on the 17th (day of schedule service) and left two message then I emailed that I had left two message would they please call. Finally at 4:30 p.m. on the 17th I received a call from ** who guaranteed me they would be at my house on the 18th between 9 - 11 a.m. and would call 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. At 6:08 a.m. on the 18th I emailed the company my conversation with ** and asked for a confirmation. At 10:30 on the 18th I called to see where they were and when they were coming to clean my house. I ended up cleaning my own house for the wedding I was having on the 20th. I usually clean my own house but for this occasion I needed someone to help. Needless to say, I've requested my money back and will never use this company and will never recommend this company to anyone. This was a [redacted] purchase for a Splash Tennessee service. I've contact [redacted] and they are refunding my money.Desired Settlement[redacted] is refunding my money. I just wanted the Revdex.com to know this is an unreliable company. While we totally understand the frustrations of the customer sometimes dealing with a large volume of people a few customers slip through the cracks. We apologize to the customer if she was missed on an appointment and would always like to be able to make up any missed appointments and offer some type of compensation such as a complimentary cleaning session. I would never rely on this company because they have proven many times over that they can not be trusted. To say that "some customers fall through the cracks" is very bad business. Why do they continue to advertise on Groupon if they have more business than they can handle. I've received my money back from [redacted], so I don't need anything from Splash Tennessee. Company has missed two appointments, with no call before to cancel or after to apologize/reschedule. Finally, they will not return my calls.We have now scheduled two house-cleaning appointments with Splash Tennessee. The first appointment came and went, with no one arriving to clean the house. There was no phone call either before, during, or after to explain their missed appointment. When we called to complain, we were initially forced to leave a message, yet no one returned our call. When we finally reached someone on the phone, she claimed that she had very little authority other than to make appointments, so we made another one. On the day of the second appointment, the same thing happened. No one showed up, and no one called before, during or after the appointment to explain the situation, much less attempt resolution. I called yesterday and again no one answered the phone. I left another voicemail demanding to speak with someone who could explain this situation, but to date no one has returned my call (now for the third time). Desired SettlementI would like a refund of our money ($99) as I have zero confidence in this company's ability or desire to keep one commitment to clean our house, much less three.Business' Initial Response This customer may request any refunds from the coupon company from where it was purchased. I acknowledge that they probably do not have a record of them, for if they had a reliable method of record-keeping they most likely would not have left us sitting around our home for hours, on two separate occasions. After repeatedly not returning my calls, the individual who finally answered their phone seemed genuinely concerned about their failures, although she was powerless to correct them. However, their apologies rang hollow after the second failure to show, again without the courtesy of a phone call before or after our missed appointment. This failure to acknowledge their shortcomings falls directly in line with the manner in which they've conducted themselves throughout this ordeal. Please do not waste your time or money on Splash Tennessee.Business' Final Response The customer may request and receive a full refund from the coupon company. The business has not shown up to clean my house on two occasions. I have repeatedly email and call them and have not received a response from them.I purchased a [redacted] on Aug 14, 2013 to have a One two-hour cleaning session $49.00 from Splash Tennessee. I schedule appointment on Sept 25 for them to clean and no one showed up. I called the company to see what had happened and they said that I was not on the schedule. I then made another appointment while on the phone for Oct 14, and once again no one showed up or called. I have made numerous calls and left messages for them to call me back but have heard nothing. I purchased a [redacted] for Splash TN Cleaning company. I've had four scheduled appointments and no one has showed up or called.I purchased this [redacted] for Splash TN in June. I scheduled my first appointment, no one showed up or called. After days of no one answering the phone I finally spoke with someone who said a cleaner was sick. I rescheduled a second appointment and the same thing happened. [redacted], the secretary promised me that someone was on their way to my house and needless to say, they never came. I called back frustrated and asked for a refund. She told me they don't give refunds but she would call me back after she spoke with her manager. Again, nothing. Made the third appointment and called to confirm and [redacted]e tells me they had to move my cleaning day because they were too busy (they never informed me). I was livid and asked for a manager and she told me they were gone to lunch. I let [redacted] know how unhappy I was since each time they were supposed to come I left work early to be home. [redacted] told me to leave my key and it's "not my fault I don't trust strangers and she didn't need my business anyway". I became VERY angry and asked for my refund ASAP and she told me "I don't have it anymore" and hung up. I have sent numerous emails to this business asking for a refund and answers and they only reply with an automated response. We found one appointment that was however rescheduled due to being short staffed on a couple of occasions. We always strive to insure good customer service along with good cleaning techs. I will say that when customers become irate with our office clerks they usually just say"I am sorry" and hang up. No one named [redacted] in my office would ever speak to any customer in the manner described. I am sorry that we have an unsatisfied customer. After the 2nd no call'no show I requested to speak with a manager and was told they were unavailable. I will NEVER do business with this company again and have advised everyone I know to do the same. When the secretary asked me if I wanted to leave a key for the next scheduled appointment I told her no and she responded, "People do it all the time, it's no big deal". UNPROFESSIONAL. After viewing the PAGES of complaints and regiews of this company, seems like every customer you've had in the past 3 months is displeased with your company work ethic. I took off work for all 3 schedules and I'm very annoyed you never showed up or called on any of the scheduled appointments. UNPROFESSIONAL. The first time I spoke with her she offered extra cleaning time but whoever I spoke with in the email said that was against the company's policy. I am sorry that we could not work on a cleaning schedule that worked for us both.

I have had three appointments scheduled with this company and they have not shown up for one of them and have never given me a reason for the no show.I purchased cleaning services through [redacted] from this company. On June 6th I scheduled a cleaning for Friday, June 14th from 2-4. On the 14th I called at 2:30 and was told that they give a window of 2-4 and if the crew is running late they would contact me. At 3:58 I began leaving several messages because no one had ever shown up or called me. I was having a bridal shower the next day and had taken off work to meet them at my house. I sent an email to Splash June 17th and June 21st but did not receive a reply until July 8th. The reply was "Sorry for the delay. Would you like to schedule the sessions?" I responded that I wanted to know how I was going to be compensated for the missed appointment and all I got back (yet another week later) was "The office will be happy to assist you in getting that rescheduled." I decided to try again hoping it was a one time mess up so scheduled another appointment on July 17th for August 2. I was told to please call the day before to confirm, not something the client is usually responsible for doing, but I did call and it was confirmed by the lady on the phone. So, I took another day off work to be home when they were scheduled to come. This appointment was scheduled from 1-3, at 2:30 I started calling and the lady assured me I was on the schedule, they must be running late. At 4:12 I called again and she told me they were in Arlington and would be at my house as soon as they were finished. Again a no show. I sent an email that next Monday and got a response that said they would be happy to reschedule the missed appointment, no explanation, no compensation for the missed appointment...nothing. On September 22 I sent an email to try one last time to redeem the [redacted] I had purchased for 3 sessions and schedule an appointment for September 28th at 9:00. I received an email back on September 24th that said, "Sure, can you check in with the office at XXX/XXX/XXXX. I called and left several messages beginning on the 24th. I finally received a call on September 26th telling she was sure I was on the schedule but I asked for her to please verify it and call me back since I had already had two no shows and was having a special event at my house Sat. night and needed to know if they were going to show up. She said she understood and if she didn't get back to me that day she would for sure call me back on Friday. I waited until 3:00 Friday before I started calling and leaving messages that were never returned and guess what....no one showed up Sat. morning. I think I have been very patient but do not believe this company has any concept of customer service or how to run a business. I sent another email to them this morning but do not expect to hear back from them. I have taken off work and on the first two occasions had to miss my children's activities this past weekend while waiting for them to show. I am hopeful that they can get their act together so no one else has this experience with them but am afraid that will not happen. Failure to schedule and rude customer serviceI bought a [redacted] for (3) 2 hours house cleaning sessions. I called to schedule my appointments and was initially told that I had to email the scheduling department to schedule my appointment. I did email the company the same day and did not receive a reply, two week later I emailed them again. This time I received a response that I have to call to get an appointment. I called to schedule my appointment on for July 19th and called two week before hand to reschedule for today 8-19-13. I received a phone call at 12:30pm with them in route to my home. My appointment was between 2-4pm. I was at work and was unable to answer my phone at the time of the phone call. The cleaning crew moved on to another home, but because of this they were unable to keep my scheduled appointment and now can not reschedule until at least two weeks later. My husband stayed home specifically so that we could redeem our [redacted] for one of our 2 hour cleaning session. The customer service representative blamed me for not answering my phone at 1230p, they did not apologize for the inconvenience nor did they try to accommodate me. The woman I spoke with name was [redacted] and was very rude and unprofessional. Desired SettlementI have requested a refund from [redacted]. I do want my money back. However, I want this company held accountable for the way they treat their customers. Business' Initial Response We will be happy to reschedule any missed appointments with our customers. Our office staff is always very professional when handling customers via phone. We do call in route to all appointments and if there isn't an answer the staff will not drive to any unconfirmed appointments. That is our policy and will not change. We cannot afford to drive to take a chance on someone being at home. We tell our customers up front to give us a contact number to call in route. I was told that a cleaning technician would contact me between these hours. On this date, I had a missed phone call from this company at 12:56pm. When I called back, I was told that another customer had cancelled so they were coming to my house, but because I did not answer the phone when they called; before my scheduled time, I did not get to keep my appointment. Then when my husband called customer service after I had and asked for a supervisor to call me, she told my husband that because I called the previous month to reschedule this is what I get. This is not professional.

The vendor never showed up for appointments. I purchase a [redacted] and the venor never showed up. No call or show! Horrible!! Made appointments to come clean. Did not show up or even call to say they were not coming, TWICE!! Already had paid through group on.Horrible! Bought through [redacted] so I already paid for it. Made an appointment twice on the 12th and 23rd of September, 2013. They did not show up or even call to say they weren't coming. I took time off to make sure I let them in and I had company coming the 2nd time. Very unprofessional. They clearly don't need new customers and should not advertise with groupon. The company won't respond to call/emails.I bought a [redacted] for 6 cleaning sessions for $198.00. I have tried repeatedly to contact Splash by phone and email, but have not received responses. I contacted [redacted] and they replied that if I contacted them again, Splash would honor the [redacted]. I did as I was asked, but still have not heard from Splash. They have horrible customer responsiveness.Desired SettlementI want a refund of the $198.00 I originally paid for the [redacted]. I don't believe I would get satisfactory service from Splash, nor do I want them in my home.

Splash (AKA Custom Cleaning Services AKA Custom Window Cleaning) took payment and then failed to show up for scheduled and rescheduled cleanings. August 13, 2015: After I researched the company "Custom Cleaning" that I saw advertised on [redacted] and found no bad reviews, my husband called them to check their availability for the following week and I bought a 3 hr. deep cleaning coupon for $89.00 ($94.12 including tax) directly from Custom Cleaning's website: [redacted] When I received my [redacted] receipt (receipt No:XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), it said that the charge would appear on my credit card statement as payment to [redacted]Splash. I thought this was weird because Splash was not the name of the company I thought that I was buying from. I then researched Splash and saw that they had a reputation for not keeping their appointments and being difficult to reach. I called "Custom Cleaning Services"/"Splash" on August 13, 2015, and made an appointment for the following Tuesday, August 18, 2015 for 3 PM. No one came. I called many times (to 3 different numbers) and finally someone took my call. I was told they made a mistake in the schedule and that they had me on the schedule for the next day (Wednesday, August 19), but that they would see if someone could still come on Tuesday, but maybe a bit later. I waited awhile but heard nothing. So I called multiple times until someone answered. She said that she couldn't reach the cleaners "they were in the field" and that I was on the schedule for 3 PM the next day, Wednesday, August 19. When I called on August 19th to confirm, nobody answered and nobody came to clean. Again, I called their multiple phone numbers multiple times and got no response. Another detail (in case it's useful), the woman with whom I spoke during the earlier calls sounded like the same person each time, but I was given the following names: **(?), [redacted], and [redacted]. Desired SettlementI would like a refund.
