Central Coast Emergency Physicians has put my medical bill into debt collection I was informed today, by my health insurance provider in Massachusetts, that Central Coast and I quote, " sent the claims to the incorrect address which is what has caused the delay in processing." This isn't my fault, it is Central Coast Emergency Physicians inability to bill the correct insurer I contacted the office of United States Inspector General office and they would like to know why Central Coast is billing me, placing my account with a debt collector when I am insured They want to know if Central Coast is attempting to retrieve payment from me even though I am insured for the physician services provided in the E.R Also, why have they repeatedly not billed the correct insurer and is it intentional From my health insurance company stating the Central Coast is still sending claims to incorrect addresses _______________________________________________________________________________ Than
When I initially booked my cars shipment, it was with a man named B***I was scheduled for pick up on 5/with an estimated delivery of 5/10-I was contacted by S*** saying B*** was fired and he would be handling my deliveryI explained to him my no later than date of delivery was 5/12- he assured me I didn’t need pick up 5/and my car would be there no later then 5/12, if picked up 5/the date he wanted to change my pick up toI agreed because it would still be there in the time frameHe told me the driver would have no issues getting to my house so that the pick up would be my home
