I am rejecting this response because:as of yet it has still not been received but regardless it is completely humiliating that I sent a birthday gift to my friend that I was told would arrive by new years and hear we are almost 2 weeks later.

Hello Revdex.com,Thank you for informing us of this complaint. We have been in close correspondence with the customer and her package was successfully delivered on 1/10 via FedEx [redacted]. Unfortunately our warehouse did experience some technical difficulties which caused a delay with the customers shipment. This was purchased through a third party site (Groupon) and we refunded the $9.95 for shipping paid directly to Splash Wines (the primary transaction was through Groupon) to try and makeup for that delay.Our last correspondence with the customer was on 1/11, a day after this complaint was filed.
