Since then I've spoke with other people around town who have gone there and a lot of them said they were unhappy with their work as well and said I'm lucky to have gotten a refund

Review: I WENT TO THE LOCATION FOR AN OIL CHANGE ON 09/06/2014 AT THIS TIME I WATCH THE SERVICE TECH REMOVE THE AIR FILTER AND PROCEEDED TO LOCATE A NEW ONE AT WHICH TIME HE WASNT ABLE TO FIND A NEW ONE WHICH SHOULD HAVE CAME WITH THE NEW SERVICE .THE SER ICE TECH PROCEEDED TO PLACE THE OLD ONE BACK IN I WENT IN THE WORK ARE AND ASK WHY ?WHOULD HE DO THIS FOR A SERVICE I WAS PAYING FOR I ASK HIM TO TAKE IT BACK OUT AND LET ME SEE HE SAID WHY? I DID WENT TO GET THE OWNER THEY BOTH BEGIN TO SPEAK IN SPANISH .THE OWNER SAID LET HIM DO THE WORK I ASK TO TAKE MY CAR OFF THE LIFT .THEY FINISH THE OIL CHANGE A WEEK LATER OIL LIGHT CAME ON INTHE CAR SINALING THE CAR WAS LOW ON OIL I HAD TO TAKE THE CAR TO THE [redacted] DEALER AND PAY FOR ANOTHER OIL CHAGE .I CALLED 09/16-09/18/2014 TO BE TOLD THAT I SHOULD HAE BROUGHT THE CAR BACK FOR THEM TO TOP OFF MY OI I ONY WANTED MY 32.00 BACK FOR THE OIL CHANGE THA T WAS DONE INCORRECTLY THE OWER REFUSED NOT GOODDesired Settlement: I WILL LIKE MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED BECAUSE THE SERVICE WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY I HAD TO GO TO THE DEALER WITHIN A WEK TO HAVE THE SAME SERVICE DONE OVER FOR ANOTHER 32.00
